Our history

In 1990 the company Bambuparque, an offshoot of the famous "La Bambouseraie" in Anduze, started its activity in the Alentejo near the ocean to cultivate and produce bamboos for tropical and temperate climates. It started the activity with more than 100 varieties in the 100 ha available on the estate, currently the collection includes more than 240 species of bamboo.
This location, which Yves Crouzet chose for its high energy potential and the quality of its landscapes, is joined by the magic of bamboo.
In 2010 Yves exchanged his lands in the Cévennes for those in the Alentejo.
His initial intuition was not denied, the capacity of the place to promote physical well-being and also spiritual elevation is confirmed.
He then decides to share the potential of the site with visitors who want to experience nature, tranquility and authenticity.
Thus was born the Bambuparque Nature project, which provides, through various formats, an active connection with nature.
