1. PREAMBLE

The present General Conditions determine the contractual relations between Fire Store Lda, based at R. Luis de Camões nº19 2ºFTE, 2610-104 Aguas Livres, hereinafter referred to as “Loja Online Drinksforus” and, on the other hand, people who wish to make a purchase through the Fire Store Lda website, www.drinksforus.pt, hereinafter referred to as “user”.

In the case of omission of any condition, this will be considered regulated by Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February applicable to contracts concluded at a distance and contracts concluded outside the commercial establishment.

14. RETURNS

The Drinksforus Online Store allows products to be returned within 14 days of purchase under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. The costs associated with their delivery, namely the home delivery service fee, will not be reimbursed.
